Fully opened, the table forms a broad, softly elliptical dining surface measuring 64 inches long by 56 inches wide. With one leaf lowered, the width is reduced to 37 inches, while with both leaves down the table becomes a compact 17.75 inches wide. This flexibility allows it to function as a primary dining table, an occasional or secondary dining table, or a compact console when not in use.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe base is particularly expressive, composed of multiple rounded U-shaped teak supports that pivot beneath the leaves. When opened, these elements spread outward to create an architectural base supporting the extended top; when closed, they fold together into a compact arrangement beneath the centre section.
