Designed by Peter Hvidt and Orla Mølgaard-Nielsen in 1956 and produced by Søborg Møbler in Denmark, the Model 311 extendable dining table is a refined example of postwar Danish Modern design, combining beautifully resolved proportions, thoughtful functionality, and the warmth of teak.

Peter Hvidt and Orla Mølgaard-Nielsen were among the important figures of twentieth-century Danish furniture design.
