An elegant Model 394 credenza designed by Aksel Kjersgaard and produced in Denmark during the 1960s.
Distinguished by its restrained proportions and exceptional craftsmanship, the cabinet features four drawers arranged in two columns, with solid teak fronts, finely executed dovetail joinery, and distinctive recessed circular pulls. The clean, rectangular cabinet rests on a slender, open base, giving the piece a light architectural presence.
Beautifully constructed with careful attention to detail, the Model 394 reflects the quality of Danish cabinetmaking from the period. Its compact dimensions and versatile design make it equally suitable as an entryway console, small credenza, or occasional storage piece.
The cabinet has been professionally restored and presents in excellent vintage condition, with a few minor marks consistent with its age and use.
A refined and exceptionally well-made example of Danish modern furniture, combining practical storage with understated elegance.
