A sculptural Italian Mid-century modern Contrast floor lamp, model 14023, designed by Angelo Lelii for Arredoluce, Italy. Its slender black enamelled column and reflective chrome details create a striking architectural composition.
Three spherical chrome spotlights sit within openings along the column. Their magnetic mounting allows each head to swivel and direct the light, combining practical flexibility with an inventive sculptural design. A concealed uplight provides additional ambient illumination.
Five knurled control knobs are integrated into the front panel, complementing the lamp’s clean profile with precise, tactile detailing. The contrast between the dark column and polished spherical heads gives the piece a distinctive Space Age character.
Italian designer Angelo Lelii founded Arredoluce in Monza, Italy. His lighting designs brought together refined metalwork, adjustable mechanisms, and expressive forms, helping establish the manufacturer’s reputation in postwar Italian lighting.
Good vintage condition with wear consistent with age and use. Fully functional. One spherical spotlight is missing its black front trim ring, as shown in the photographs. Please review the photographs for condition details.
