1970s Brazilian Wood and Leather MP129 Chair by Percival Lafer
We are pleased to unveil the newest gem in our esteemed Brazilian vintage furniture collection: the exotic MP129 chair, meticulously designed by Percival Lafer in the 1970s. This distinguished piece showcases exaggerated angles on its open-arm wood frame, accentuated by a chrome-plated steel stretcher mechanism supporting an injection foam-molded upholstered seat. Fully restored even beyond its former glory, featuring newly refinished wood and upholstered with the finest leather available – a shrunken Nubuck/suede material sourced from Garrett Leather. Not only does it exude unparalleled elegance, but it also ensures utmost comfort for its fortunate occupant.
