1970s MP145 Modular Sofa Group by Percival Lafer
1970s MP145 Modular Sofa Group by Percival Lafer
We are thrilled to introduce a rare Brazilian sofa designed by Percival Lafer in 1975. The MP145 group consists of two seating elements: one is a seat and the other is an arm / backrest. The arm / backrest element can be configured on any side of the seat providing a multitude of seating arrangements and configurations.
This particular example comes straight from an or family estate and was remarkably well cared for during its lifetime. The original cognac leather is supple and soft and the foam is a perfect density for comfort and sink factor. Notably, this piece also features little wooden feet (all original) and many original manufacturer’s labels. A true gem from 1970s Brazil that we are excited and grateful to offer for your consideration.
